ZTE MF628 - unknown(read failed)

I have a umts dongle with model ZTE MF628.
I can't unlock the dongle. De unlock button is grayed out.

I took the following steps:

* install modem software
* install dc unlocker
* Buy credits

I put the dongle in the computer and the software starts from HI (KPN) (old provider). When the software is started i close the software. After that i start dc-unlocker. I select manufacturer - ZTE modems --> Model: auto detect.
Diagnostic port is activated.

The following error occurs:

* Then i inserted a invalid sim card in the dongle.

The same error accurs.

* then i installed not customised client software

The same error accurs.

I don't know anymore what to do. Can anyone help me?

Try to use latest dc-unlocker version.
If same lock status, then most of all your modem is not locked.
