ZTE MF622 (unlocked) couldn't start any SIM

Hi, my ZTE MF622 is unlock successfully with dc-unlocker 1.0.460 and works fine with all SIM card,
then i try to change the dashboard with generic version (join air) from this site, the problem is when the modem is inserted with the bundle SIM or other SIM provider, the modem from device manager wouldn't show up, and the USB Mass storage device is just keep flashing ( connect & disconnect every 3-4 second )

- if i pull out the SIM off the modem, then the modem in Device manager finally show, and the USB Mass storage is stop flashing ( connect ) the dashboard also read the modem but no SIM detected, i try to insert the SIM back and wait for hours but nothing is happen, i use every SIM available here but still no luck.

- i have try various dashboard i can find in this forum ( even the original dashboard ) but it's same result, somehow the modem failed to start the SIM.

what can i do now?

Yes i already did write the original dashboard back but it still no good,

- Opening the modem device failed with error 00000020.

I try to test the modem on several other computers but it's also same
problem.

have you ever had experience on this kind of error before or am i the only one?

Usually writing old dashboard back help. Try to write other dashboard.

Yes, as i said in the first post, i already do that several time, but none of that working, the dashboard appear normal, but it can't detect the modem if the SIM are in it, the "device manager" just keep blinking.

a have another question

1. After we unlock the modem, then we want to backup the original dashboard,
do we have to "read dashboard" while the SIM inserted? ( yes or no please )
if yes, is it the bundle SIM or the invalid SIM?
2. is it okay if no SIM card inserted?
3. is it the same thing to do if want to "write dashboard" with non-original?
4. what is the function of "Read Flash" anyway? do we have to use it?

Sim inserted or not, incorrect or original sim inserted - this does not effect dashboard writting or reading.
