Need info for unlocking ZTE MF 636

First don't worry about my english, i'm french! I buy a zte mf 636 internet stick locked to Fido network, and want to unlock it. I give a check about the price and buying credit, buy i'm a bit lost, did I need to also pay for 50 credit activation??

If any one can point me the right direction, then I presume I don't need special equipment, just the internet stick, the dc-unlocker soft and some credit...
