zte racer

can anyone help me to perform hard reset on zte racer ?

i cant access to my menu, so i have to perform the reset with the buttons.

somethins like power on plus volume up , or ?

when i try to do it, i get into FTM , what to do next ?

youve nearly got it .1 hold both power and down volume then you will get into a menu.
2.if you dont take battery out and then try this again.if your stuck then reply back.

i tried to do it, but each time i do it, i got the FTM on the screen and nothing else.

it seems like its stuck there...

can you give me step by step instructions what to press and when to press, to perform hard reset...

okay then try this hold the power and volume up and see what happens.if you need to access recovery then you need to go to android madaco website and read their way of putting on a recovery image so you can reset your device.

i try same way but nothing happen with vol.up and power.but vol. down and power show only ftm mode. sett is hang on welcome logo only
