ZTE MF636 - not detected - unblocking issue

Guys,

I have the following issue with my modem.
It's originally locked by ORANGE PL.

I have upgraded the firmware from ZTE Telestr homepage.

I wanted to unlock but dc-unlocker is not detecting my modem.
If I select ZTE modems and Autodetect ( or even select manually ZTE MF636) with appropriate Application port it gives me the following error :

I have found out that my modem is detected under ZTE phones with the following log :

When I try to unlock my modem (in phones tab even its still modem) it says - I have not enough credits in my account ( even if according to prices for unlocking modems I have enough)

Could you please help?
Is it the issue with wrong Model Name in flash memory?

I tried to upload a firmware from Orange UK page, however its not detected as well (File MF636_Update_Orange_EN.zip)

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Need to detect as ZTE modems, not phones.
