  • messed up with my zte k3570-z

    hi...
recently got a zte k3570z modem with vodafone india..
    unlocked it with dc unlocker...
tried to write new dashboard(join air) on the modem...
here my problem starts.., whenever i plug in, the modem says device driver software not found and it is no longer detectable on my laptop..
after giving lots of tries, somehow it got fixed., join air detects the modem and i am able to connect via join air..
but i wish to write the default dashboard,:-( but dc unlocker says.., modem not detected...(tried AT+ZCDRUN=F also, no use)

For correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.

    ""DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0597

    Detecting card :

    selection :
    manufacturer - ZTE modems
    model - Auto detect (recommended)

    modem not found !""

what to do ? pls help...
    please...

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Also try to use enable diagnostic port function in dc-unlocker software before detecting by autodetect.

Then try to check for drivers and install it manually.

Try to check for drivers in same folder where connection software is installed.
