old cim card

Hello
Before an year i bought a vodafone mobile connect hsdpa k3565-z,the sim card now is not working and i want to use an other provider cim card. With the old cim card when i run the program says modem not found.How can i see if the device is locked?Thank you.

It is not huawei, it is zte modem.
Insert any other provider sim card before detecting.

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
