Hi dc unlocker member, i am one of the dongle user. i need a favor from you guys, i have a mf636(orange) modem ,it already unlocked. i need a unbranded dashboard for my modem , and i have already try to download the mf628 generic dashboard ISO file from dc-files, and when i trying to use the dc unlocker client to write the dashboard it say:ZTE modems Writing Dashboard ...
Only ISO files are supported for Dashboard ! but i already unzipped the file......anyway i hope that you guys can provide me a dashboard ISO file that can really works well. thank you.

hi dc unlocker member i have also try another way to write the dashboard by QPST, and after finish writing the dashboard to the modem , then i plug it to another computer , and there is a cd (Join Air), after i finish install this Join Air and restart the computer , ya there is a Join air icon on my desktop, but when i open it , it cannot detect any device , and i have check with my computer device management it seems no com port i can found from this modem , it seems there is no driver install from this modem. so please help me , thank you.

I try and try but still can't unlock this modem.
this is the result when i try to unlock without sim

operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.

Need to insert sim card from other provider than modem. Only then will see real lock status.
