dash baord change

How can i change the dash board of ZTE MF 631
right now it showng name of tat dococmo..
i want to remove it,add bal ceck,call,video cal etc
is it possible
plz help me urgentyly.....pleaseeeeeeeeeeee.

You need do start dc-unlocmer software. Detect modem. Then select read dashboard. You curerent dashboard will be readed. You will be able to write it back if write dashboard fails or in does not work. After that select write dashboard. Select dashboard file you want to write.
If the written dashboard does not work, write back original dashboard.

Can try this file: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/ZTE/Dashboards But it does not have voice or video.
Also not sure if it will work on your device.

so from where i can find a dasboard with voice,video and ussd,
or with any one of these facility
