ZTE MF 30 Unlocking problem

    ZTE MF 30 Unlocking problem

    Hello!
    Please help me with unlocking my ZTE MF 30.
    When I pluged modem with invalid operator SIM inserted, canceled software window, then opened DC-Unlocker.
    Choosed ZTE datacards and auto detect
    And when i click search, in resaults i recived:

    DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0460

    Detecting card :

    selection :
    manufacturer - ZTE datacards
    model - Auto detect

    AT command error

    And nothing happens...
    Pls help
