THE MODEM IS LOCKED TO VODAFONE INDIA
AND IT PUT AIRTEL INDIA SIM IN IT
STILL THE SIM IS NOT RECOGNISED

Actually the modem is not locked the vodafone. This is why you can write the dash board for fee. Have you any account to dc unlocker server. If not it is not possible for you to read write dash board. Make an account on the server then write ZTE_MF622_Uncustomized dash board expect join air. Because I find it better.
