Help me to unlock zte mf631 3g usb modem

while unlocking the modem ...its shows

what should i do?

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet

Yes i checked it.The drivers are properly installed and it works on the sim which is provided by tatadocomo distributer.I closed the connection software and it's not connected to internet before unlocking .I tried many times but its still showing modem not found.so please help me..

Check in task manager, if connection software closed for sure.
Disconnect all other modems.
Try other computer.

Just open docomo dialer and close it.
Then open dc unlocker.
Then unlock it .

then try to unlock tata zte mf631 modem.

Then maybe you should try other SIM card, this one may be corrupted.
