Need help with MF626

Hi all.
I found that this modem is unlockable so I bought it today. I put 15 credits on my account and followed the instructions to unlock it.

The modem is detected:

Model : ZTE MF626
IMEI : (hidden for safety)
Firmware : BD_P673M3V1.0.0B05
SIM Lock status : Locked (Card Lock)

but cannot be unlocked

On your website it says that you can unlock this modem. Why then this is not possible and I get this error?

If you cannot unlock it, then please refund me

Just checked logs, you use not latest version. Download it and all must be ok.

1 and a half hour later, and 6 e-mail exchanged... you guys solved my problem.
It unlocked perfectly, and it works wonderfull, no issue at all so far.

need help what mean error code 24?
we must log in at server input our user name and pasword than detect with invalid sim card tahn change sim card conect and unlock? is that my step correct?

if wrong can anybody help me here? step by step to unlock my modem.

All your steps is correct .

you must have internet. (not with same modem what unlocking)
detect modem follow instruction on screen (i see you are done)
press unlock.

Follow your error, i think, You use same modem currently connected to internet.

Please understand, our software need access to modem , if modem is busy, then is not accessible .

Error 24 port is busy.
