Thanks for your guidance but the result appears the same as below. Curiously if I do not close the ZTE software (Tmobile name) and use a new SIM card, it identifies the IMEI number and asks for a 7 digit unlock code..

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Do you see a qualcomm logo on modem somewhere?
Also, maybe there is other modem connected at detect time. If so, then disconnect it.

We are sorry, but DC-Unlocker does not support this model. I am not saying that it will not be supported.
