Hi, I am trying to unlock my surfstick ZTE MF102 which I bought in Sweden (Comviq) with DC unlocker. I inserted an unvalid card. But then it seems difficult to close the Comviq-software (which is the brand of the stick). It keeps popping up and asks for a pin code. DC unlocker cannot find the card.

Any ideas?

Use latest dc-unlocker version.
Be sure all driver are installed.

thanks for your replies! I downloaded the DC version two days ago, should be the latest version though.

Which drivers should be installed? The surf stick is working with Comviq software, so the software for the stick should be ok.

By the way, I am working with Parallels on Mac, if this makes any difference.

And you should try Windows, as we know DC-Unlocker does not work on Mac.
