Hi.

Today I unlock one Vodafone ZTE K3571-Z but in this device is installed Vodafone software. When I put SIM car different from Vodafone device close communication software.

How to debrand this device to can use it ?

Can try to write dashboard by dc-unlocker.
You need do start dc-unlocker software. Detect modem. Then select read dashboard. You current dashboard will be readed. You will be able to write it back if write dashboard fails or in does not work. After that select write dashboard. Select dashboard file you want to write (dashboard file to write you can download here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/open/55) and click write.
If the written dashboard does not work, write back original dashboard.
