ZTE MF 180 (Beeline) Problems I need help.

I have a problem with my ZTE MF 180 (Beeline) modem.

I submitted it to DC-Unlocker and obtain the results attached in err_unlocker.jpg.

There is no reference to "locking".

But when I try to connect, I receive the message attached in err_beeline.jpg.

My modem is locked or not? I thinking to buy credits but I have to know if it is really necessary.

If device does not accept other provider sim cards, means it is locked.
Also, may try to use other connection software (unbranded one). connection software may be blocking other sim cards also.
