Please help me for unlock

Hi there,thanks for great forum and your hard work. I have a problem,I have modem from 3.uk,but I live in Bulgaria and I want to unlock my modem.Its MF622.I tryed to pay with paypal and SMS but not success from here,paypal dont accept my card,and I cannot send sms via my gsm operator. is it ay other way?thanks

thanks,I will try,if its not possible again,i wiil send you PM,here in Bulgaria nobody cannot unlock this type of devices,but they are used for all GSM operators.if I unlock it succesfull,other people will use your services. thanks again
