mf627 help needed

hi all i need some help with setting up my dongle.
i have purchased the mf627 dongle locked to the 3 network i have paid 15 euros on here and it is now unlocked.
i have 2 sim cards:

sim one on o2 contracted that i use on my iphone that i can connect to the internet on iphone. i have inserted this sim into the dongle and i have manually changed the settings and connected the device. it shows im connected to the internet and i can send sms but when i go to connect to any web page on my lapop it will not connect.

the same applies with my tmobile sim, i can send sms but cannot connect to the web

why is this can anyone help

i am using this software and i have all the settings correct as i can connect and send sms messages i just can connect to a web page
