Is there other providers SIM card inserted? Are you sure that this modem is locked? Maybe you tried to unlock it before?

If there is other providers SIM card inserted and SIM Lock status is unlocked, then your modem is unlocked.

Sorry, do not know why modem is showing different SIM detected and asks to call vodafone customer care, because this modem was never unlocked with DC-Unlocker.

This modem is supported and can be unlocked with DC-Unlocker.

Was there other providers (not original) SIM card inserted when you posted detection text before?

Then use unbranded connection software, because this connection software that you are using is branded by Vodafone and it does not accept other providers SIM cards, only Vodafone.
