    Hi All,

    My Dongle:

    Detecting card :

    Chipset : Qualcomm MSM6246
    NAND Flash : SAMSUNG_K9F1208
    SIM Lock status : Locked (Card Lock)

    Failed to unlock with eror code 75,


    Does anyone have any suggestions please ? (OS Vista)

    Could you copy all here? From version number till error.
    Also, are you sure there is not original sim card (sim card from other provider) inserted at detect and unlock time?
