Sorry, but ZTE MF190S is not supported and cannot be unlocked with DC-Unlocker. It is hardware locked, not software. We have solution how to unlock MF180S for free, but do not know if it could work on MF190S. Anyway, you can try it: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/forum/sho...ghlight=mf180s

You can not unlock it by dc-unlocker, it is not supported.
