No, you can not unlock it by dc-unlocker, it is not supported by dc-unlocker.

Unlock modem MF180S MF190S = SOFTWARE + HARDWARE changes.
NOT WORK changes only software and hardware!!!

how to update MTS ZTE MF180s (Ukraine) to MF180 (MTS RUS):1.use QPST and delete:
config
reset_cntr.bin
pbm_phone_uid.dat
pbm_master_v_20.dat
ZTEMODEM.ISO
UimEfsAPDULog.Txt
NODOWNLOAD.FLG
SWITCH.TMP
AUTORUN.FLG
2. Open MDM-MTS.RAR and copy all files to modem directory (use QPST)
3. after copy, reboot modem, and flash use original update tool DL_MF180_MTS_RU_EUV1.00.03.exe
4. if you make HW change (delete EPROM IC and make jumper) you modem work 100%

Test for me. this solution work 100%

Read previous posts, and other threads in this forum.
This modem is hardware locked, not software locked.
That means, it is impossible to unlock it using software.
