ZTE not working with Huawei mobile partner , on your link probably seller copied description from Huawei modem.

comes with telsta connection software on cd just load on the software and away you go,full instructions included,very simalar to use as mobile partner

It won't work, mobile partner won't detect ZTE modems only Huawei modems.

If you want generic connection software go to the 3 site.
