Please check these and try again:
Make sure drivers are installed.
Use Autodetect.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Make sure modems connection software is turned off.
Try restarting your computer.
Try other computer.

If you will be able to detect it, maybe we could try to make it supported.

Yes. i have done all the above metioned steps, as these steps are already written in this thread. But still facing the same issue of not detection.

Are you sure that there are no modem software processes running at detect time?
Could you try reinstalling modem?
Try other computer.
Also, do you see modem in device manager modems and ports sections?
