You dont need to flash it,you have to unlock it to use with another operator.Please download the DC Unlocker client from here http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/QEHkXRld and check your modem status.If it is locked,you have to buy 15 credits and just unlock it.

After you have unlocked your modem, it will be unlocked forever. Updating firmware will not lock modem back.
