it keeps giving me "searching", I have purchased the credits to unlock it but no use till now please help and tell me how to enable all bands.

Is there other providers SIM card inserted in the modem?

yes this modem is T-Mobile and I'm using Etisalat sim card in Saudia arabia ( etisalate in saudi is named Mobily)

Then please contact unlocking service provider which you used to unlock this modem.
This modem was never unlocked with DC-Unlocker.
