yes cut and pest desktop but not work here i capture image when menully sellect port than show

sir i try with other compurter not work same problem but when i try "Enable diagnostic port" read modem but show unlock help how to unlock this modem

Is there other providers SIM card inserted in the modem?
If no, insert other providers SIM card and detect again.
If yes, then it means the modem is already unlocked or was not locked at all.
