My k3570-z modem and diagnostic port both are undetectable on my pc.

i am not able to detect the modem on my pc both by dc-unlocker. i have already unlocked it. customer give me disabled virtual cd drive... the dongle not auto run... I tried ur command to enable auto run ....
1st i m change the dashboard ... after that i use the command like given u in ur forum...
after then virtual cd drive auto run but the diagnose port then after disabling the same. i have only once able to detect the modem. after that modem is undetectable. only virtual cd-rom is getting detected... can someone tell me what's wrong...? what do i need to do..?

Maybe any drivers missing. Try to install drivers and connection software manually.
Try to eject cd-rom and refresh device manager. New device should be found.

100% solve,3 modems are tested sucessfuly..........
