Correct Flashing Proceedure (Leaving Diagnostic Port Disabled) ?

Hi,

I've just purchased a ZTE MF821 and plan on unlocking it with DC unlocker shortly.

Before I unlock the modem, I've read reports on this forum of people accidently 'enabling the diagnostic port' which renders the card undetectable by windows.

Before I unlock the modem, what are the correct proceedures in unlocking the modem and making sure that the diagnostic port remains disabled ?

How to use dc-unlocker you can watch here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/tutorials
You do not need to enable the diagnostic port if you are able to detect modem by dc-unlocker.
