Help Please! USB ZTE Z211, can not unlock

Hi all
My problem is that the cellar can not find software
Basically the problem is the drivers because my computer properties does not appear
I have
W7 and
XP
does not detect it is a Z211 zte AT&T
Where I can download the drivers?

Please help with the Z211 I can not unlock zte

I use to do the unlock vigys
V8 motorola usb cable or usb cable of samsung 990
If other please let me know so it should taste

If you can not detect you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the phone software is closed
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

To me it detects W7 as a CD-ROM device
Explicitly as indicated below
ZTE USB SCSI CD-ROM USB Device
So therefore it shows I can not access the device to read with DC-Unlocker
Please let me know so I install the corresponding driver I already search the internet and did not find any driver to install

Try to install phone software that comes with phone - some drivers come with it.
Or try to right click on your phones CDROM drive > Open, find Driver folder there and install drivers from there manually.

Drivers have to come with phone.

Install phone software that comes with phone - some drivers come with it.

Or try to right click on your phones CDROM drive > Open, find Driver folder there and install drivers from there manually.
