I was a dc-unlocker dongle user

For correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.

what is the error code 116 means? I was a dc-unlocker dongle user, could you check for me what is this problem?

Are you sure that modem is locked?

Yes, the modem was locked to SmartBro Philippines, but i can not try again, because i had return it to the customer.
What was the error code 116 means. Could you kindly post all the error code of dc unlocker and its meaning and solution for all the errors.

Sorry, but we cannot tell error code meanings.
This error might occur when the modem is not locked or was unlocked before. Or it is damaged. For example, other uncertain unlocking software usage can damage modem.
So, solution would be to check if the modem is really locked and if its not damaged.
