ZTE MF627 - 3 AUS - Error Code 70

Hi DC-Unlocker,

I have 15 credits and the latest software, I have removed the Three sim card and put in another one (Virgin). Run the software:

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0293

Detecting card :

selection :
manufacturer - ZTE
model - ZTE MF627
application port - COM5
diagnostic port - COM4

Found modem : MF627
Model : ZTE MF627
IMEI : XXXXXX
Firmware : BD_3GHAP673A4V1.0.0B05
SIM Lock status : Locked (Card Lock)

Tried to Unlock and:

unlock failed !

(error code 70)

What should I do now?

Most off all you have selected wrong diagnostic port. Try to use autodetect function. If that doesn't help, contact me for a refund.

This was with the autodetect function, what diagnostic port should I use?

If you select the diagnostic port, do you see it in device manager? Or do you select any port that dc unlocker software show? Do you see ZTE diagnostic port in device manager for sure?

What do you mean by device manager - the program that Three uses? I selected a diagnostic port that DC-Unlocker identified the modem on.

The Three software identifies the modem no problems and asks for the unlocking code, I cancel and close the software, then run DC-Unlocker.

On application port COM5 and Diagnostic port COM6 i see the same results as my initial post - i.e. it positively identifies the modem and the fact that it is locked.

1. Device manager is standard windows application where located your computer devices. Application can be call by start/run/ enter devmgmt.msc and press enter. Then you can check in ports section what port.
2. You selected model mf627 and selected ports, if you dont know real ports, you must use autodetect as model.
Error 21 is port busy or not exits.
If autodetect cant find modem, then means something is wrong , probably diagnostic port not exits .

If automatically detects model, contact live chat, because i not sure what can be, here must be no errors, and unlock successfully.
