at this time a cannot detect the modem port..

Try restarting computer and dc-unlocker. Try other computer.

Just want to share what I did when I got "unknown error Error code 19 unlock failed!".

- Have DC Unlocker detect the modem with the "working" SIM card

- Remove battery, replace SIM with the "locked out" SIM

- Detect again, then unlock
