zte mf190s unlocking

i read the post about unlocking the zte mf190s the hardware way but after removing the ICs and short circuiting the diodes i put it back in the computer and its not reading the line. do i need to flash it? and if its flashing where do i get the software to flash it. please advise. thanks

You need to install other firmware version. Please read that post again step-by-step.
