Dear Sir,

i got one k3570-z vodafone modem customer was purchesed from uk and used in uk now customer want to use in india customer given to me for unlock whn i connect by k3570 dashboad its asking lock code my bad lukk i enter wrong code more then 5th time now it showing ur touch limit is over i hope its blocked i want solve this problem if i purchesed dc unlocker credits can i solve this problems then how meny credit has to use for this problem

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

If you complete everything correctly, your modem should be detected without problems.
