the Unlock button is disabled, why ???

I did the following steps, but I couldn’t unlock USB modem.
1. I selected the manufacturer ZTE
2. I selected the model MF627
3. I detected the CARD, It works and gave me CARD’s details
4. I successfully logged in server.
5. When I chose Unlocking to unlock, the Unlock button was disabled, why is it disabled?

Can you post the logs here? I think your modem is not detected properly.Please follow these steps,
1.Connect the modem with locked sim card. (not the original sim)
2.Close the connection manager.
3.Select the manufacture ZTE.
4.Do not select the model,leave it auto detect.
5.Detect the modem and Unlock.

Could you copy here what is detected? Is there sim inserted? Insert not original sim card (not same provider as modem) at detect time.

What sim card did you enter? Original or not original (other provider than modem)? If there was original sim, insert other provider sim card and try detecting again. If you see lock status as unlocked, again, then write your username for refund.
