vodafone k3570-z unable to unlock

when i select the model and press to auto detect, it shows:
Detecting card :

selection :
manufacturer - ZTE modems
model - K3570-Z
modem not found !
and Diagnostic port not shows,
what to do?

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Are you sure that your modem is locked?
Also, if you can not detect it, try to use enable diagnostic port function. Maybe this will help.

Try to set ports from device manager to dc-unlocker manually. Then try to read dashboard. If reading will work, you will be able to write dashboar by dc-unlocker.
