  • Help! My first ZTE MF30 cannot detect

    I received the following error:-

    DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0889

    Detecting card :

    selection :
    manufacturer - ZTE modems
    model - Auto detect (recommended)


    sorry, this modem not supported !

    What can I do?

    If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
    Check, if the drivers are installed
    Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
    Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
    Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

      Hello
      I also have Zte MF30 from Yoigo Spain that I am trying to unlock an it is not detected as modem by the computer.
      I have installed the the drivers from support and manager but still no result.
      There is no manager on the modem so nothing pops up when I connect it to the computer.

        Sorry, but if modem is not appearing in Device Manager under Ports and Modems sections, then it will not be able to be unlocked with DC-Unlocker.

          Yes I agree with you but anyone has any idea why is this happening?
