Is there other providers SIM card inserted in the modem?
If not, then insert other providers (not original) SIM card and detect again.

Then i think your modem is already unlocked or not locked at all.

Sir, All dashboard has been tried but nothing works. SIM is not still acceptable. Kindly Check out this modem once by getting sample as this modem firmware is anyhow confusing the DC unlocker to read its correct status I think. Kindly pay attention on this issue.

may be a connection manager installed will solve his problem!.

For most of Zte need another connection manager(Dash Board) to Detect another valid sim.

I know that in most cases. But this case is totally different. Try any connection manager dashboard if you found anyone working then please post. I dont think so. As I see some people claiming they unlocked it by downgrading firmware.
