What DC-Unlocker version do you use?
Are you sure that everything is ok with modem?

I am using DC unlocker 2 and I am sure the modem works fine.

it works fine with vodafone sim

Which version of DC-Unlocker do you use? Write me full version number.

Compile date / time : x " I could tell that there might be something wrong with this modems firmware. Maybe you tried to write/upgrade/change other firmware for this modem?
