Is this card type supported? This one comes with dutch provider HI (KPN) Netherlands. I put in an non accepted card (vodafone) and this is what I get:

Factory not locked modems we can't read lock status. If you use latest version , there means that your modem not locked. Also can be other problem, if you sure is locked, then please contact live, i will ask you read memory from modem.

Could you try to use unbranded connection software and conenct with this modem? Most of all this modem is not locked. Unbranded connection software you can downlaod here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/open/46
