Error unlocking zte ac30 with access violation

I try to unlock zte ac30,

when i try to detect, i go this error message.
something with access violation at address 77cc8dc9 in module 'ntdll.dll'. Write of address 69656379.

Try few older version. Try other computer. Try restarting computer.
