ZTE MF190S is not supported and cannot be unlocked with DC-Unlocker.
It is hardware locked, not software.
We have a free solution for it, but it requires hardware changes. If you want to do it - do at your own risk. Any mistake can damage modem.

Thanks for your reply

I've tried the hardware solution : removed IC and shorted these pins
and uploaded a new firmware ( join air)

but after that the modem did not recognize any sim card even the original one

and the LED is always RED

I'm sure i did not make any hardware mistake

Join air is not firmware - it is connection software (dashboard).
You need to update firmware after removing ic.

DC-Unlocker have no firmware support...

But read this thread carefully.....you will get the link but its not in ENGLISH..
