This phone has to be unlocked in normal mode - by turning phone on normally.
Then, connect to computer by USB cable, install drivers, phone software, launch DC-Unlocker, detect phone and unlock.

Try to check this:


Make sure drivers are installed.
Use latest DC-Unlocker client software.
Use Autodetect.
Turn off phone software.
Try other USB port.
Try restarting your phone.
Try restarting your computer.
Try other computer.
