If DC-Unlocker shows "SIM Lock status : unlocked" when other providers SIM card is inserted in modem, then it means modem is already unlocked or was not locked at all.
Try to use other, unbranded connection software.

But software is not a solution. This modem is locked, Its firmware is somehow restricting DC unlocker to know its correct status. This Modem is Lock its not unlocked.

what happened with my modem? It says its unlocked but when i inserted invalid sim, it didn't work. It didn't recognize the sim. It says, INSERT VALID SIM. The model of my broadband is ZTE mf190.

Maybe current dashboard does not accept other provider cards and works only with its own cards?
