Is there other providers SIM card inserted in the modem at detection time?
If not, then insert other providers (not original) SIM card and detect modem again.

Then you should try to contact software support which you use to unlock the modem.
This modem was never unlocked with DC-Unlocker.

I thought support for that modem started with dc-unlocker_client-1.00.0540 going on as shown here in the changes section http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads. He shows he used dc-unlocker_client-1.00.0629 which was released much later therefore should have better support.

He has even posted dc-unlocker_client-1.00.0629 response to his modem. So why are you and Vincentas convinced that he didn't use dc client unlocker?

MF190 modem is supported and can be unlocked with DC-Unlocker.

But modem with IMEI number 911133903688395 was never unlocked with DC-Unlocker.
Maybe he only detected his modem with DC-Unlocker software, but did not try to unlock.
