Do you still get the error when you end all processes of dc-unlocker from task manager, and only then try to launch software?

Scenery:

I start up the PC, when the OS finish to boot up i plug in the dongle (it's the same if the dongle is previouysly pugged) and double click on the DC-UNLOCKER icon, no other processes run, and i give this error message.

I've also tried with another PC with another OS (XP and not seven), but the problem still the same.

The last running version for me is 1.00.0987, and i've ran this version for give the DONGLE ID to you.

Before you get invalid pointer operation error do you get other message box like "Program is already running" box pup up?

Well......for the umpteenth time.......

I install the lastest version 1.066

Start DC UNLOCKER as administrator.

After CHECKING FOR DONGLE......nothing happens. i haven't anymore the message that i had before with the 1.057.

Aftter the message "CHECKING FOR DONGLE" appears and disappears, in the TASK MANAGER i dont find any DCUNLOCKER processes.

I can not use my dongle with version up to 1.00.0987!

3) run 1.00.0987 with dongle UNPLUGGED (and work fine)
4) uninstalling 1.00.0987, installing 1.00.1066
5) run 1.00.1066 with dongle UNPLUGGED (and work fine)
6) run 1.00.1066 with dongle PLUGGED (and dont work!)
7) show the task manager......no dc-unlocker processes found

So the software starts up, but no dongle detected with latest version. connecting dongle to another usb port does not solve this problem as i understood for you, yes? If it did not helped then please be patient we will check your dongle as you have provided it's id.

Don't worry......the "SOLUTION" is....buy another key for 20 euros.....or send the old key to their, and they send another one for free (I HOPE!!).

All this for a big big software bug and incompatibility with certain dongle...

Have you checked this on another pc, is the situation same? What dc-unlocker version you have used and tried out?
