"Your Account is BLOCKED" apppear on DC-Unlocker

Hello,
I have purchased 1 credit so i can read/write dashboard from an dongle to another, but after opening my dc-unlocker, "Your Account is BLOCKED" apppear (I tried to connect on dc-unlocker with my forum credentials, several times - I didn't knew that is not the same account).
Can you please unlock my account?

If you made a payment via paypal then log into email box which is registered to paypal, there will be a mail that contains verificationlink, after you click it accountwill be verified and accessible, please check spam box as well.

There were hidden processes running during the time you've used dc-unlocker services, now unblocked you. Note that hidden processes usually are ended after pc restart.

Here is no block on your dongle. Could you write ip address that you use to connect to server? Maybe it is blocked.

please am facing a similar problem. i bought 5 credit and when i tried to use the password and username with the dc-unlocker application it say my account is still pending.
