i am having a problem with my dc unlocker dongle whe i insert my smartcard and open the dc unlocker software it gives me ( Your account is bloacked!) i just wanna ask what i did wrong why my card is blocked! hope you cloud help me

Let us know IP address from which you try to connect too and version of DC-unlocker software as well.

Do not use usb sharing software at same time when use dc-unlocker dongle or will be blocked again. Dongle sharing is forbidden. Now unblocked and should be able to connect now.

so sorry, what do u mean by "enable button software, i dont share my dongel with others only between different computer i have at home. please explain, so i can watch out for my mistake.

You are blocked now on our system because there was a JTAG running while you used dc-unlocker services. i've unblocked you, but before you use dc-unlocker again, make sure JTAG is turned off.
